Multible pipelines/ combined pipelines

Hi, 

Is there a possibility to make a combined pipeline so that the last "prod" work space is same to another pipelines "test" work space? The need is to have a 4 step pipeline, but the pipeline limitation is 3 steps. This combined pipelines would solve the issue.

Use case of the pipeline steps would be:

Development [dev] -> Developent [test] -> Datasets [test] -> Datasets [prod]
