    Hi. The best way to achieve this is storing the data in a place that can be accessed by anyone. Sharepoint online is a very good option. If you have that one and right now is not allowing the change, then open the Power Bi Desktop and check how is your datasource configured. You can check this video that is changing the way the excel datasource of a sharepoint was pointing to PC against the cloud to avoid the user dependancy

    The video starts with an issue of cloud refreshing but the second I'm sending shows how to check the data source and make sure you are connecting sharepoint in a way that will not require you PC.

    Once changed, publish the report again and configure data source credentials.

    Hi PepsiLlama ,

     

    You need to take SharePoint point path instead of local path pc path in your reports.(Right click on your file>view online and take that path and use SharePoint connector when you are pulling the data)
