Hi everyone!, I was wondering if I can get some help with this as I'm setting up a workspace on my power bi pro account and I'm providing access to one of our clients which is on a different tenant than ours with a pro license too but they are not able to access it. I see them in our Azure Active Directory as guests however when they login into app.powerbi.com they are not able to see the workspacce which they clearly have access to.
I'm wondering if there might be a setting we're missing or if there is a way to share multiple reports with our client in a different way.
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Anonymous
You can't share Workspaces with guests or accounts on another tenant. You can share individual Reports, Dashboards, Apps and now Datasets, but not Workspaces. If you want to share multiple Reports with a users utside of your tenatnt, the best way I've found is to create an App and share that with them.
Hope this helps

Recently our Azure admin changed a setting so that "starting syncing users across all M365 tenants. It did change guest users to "external members."
Previously we were independent companies and and we invited them into our tenant as "guests" and it worked perfectly. When they changed the setting now they cannot get validated and into the Power BI App. They just view, they are not creating or modifying.
