I have a multi-row card (standard PBI visual) in my report which looks fine in desktop and service. As soon as I publish to a dashboard and try to view in either service or app, all that is shown is a white box/placeholder.
I have tried to simnplify the card to show just 2 measures (removing the background colour (from measure)) but it still exhibits the same behaviour.
Any ideas?
@Anonymous
I have also tested my end and it is working fine.
Hoping it would be some intermittent issue, please check and let us know.

Hi @Anonymous
I just tested the Multi-row cards on my side, and it works fine in both dashboard and app, my service version is Service version13.0.11189.172
could you please kindly share your dummy pbix that I can test it further?
Are you able to provide me with guidance on how to supply the pbix please?
Hi @Anonymous
You can save the dummy pbix (Remove the confidential info), upload the pbix to onedrive or dropbox and share the link to the file.
Hi @Anonymous
I just tested your file, and the multi-row card works in service exactly the same as it works in desktop. could you please specify the wrong visual you mentioned? Did you use the custom theme in power bi service?
What about when deployed as an app?
