Helper IMoving dashboard tiles doesn't work while scrolling any more
This isn't really a question, but rather a statement of fact. Moving a dashboard tile by dragging it no longer really functions if you have to scroll up or down the screen at all. I've tried this on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. If you try to pull a tile along with you, or use your mouse wheel while holding the LMB, the tile will get 'stuck' at the edge of where the dashboard screen was. This is for both vertical directions. It's incredibly frustrating when it worked months ago with no issues.

If you set powerbiinteractions to false, the scrolling no longer works.
If you fix a single static dashboard, as far as I know, it does not support scrolling the visual. Only the tile size can be changed.
Pin an entire page, the tiles are live; you can interact with them right there on the dashboard.Unlike with individual visualization tiles, changes made in the report are automatically synced with the dashboard.
