Move report/dashboard from My workspace to Group Workspace?

Users start working on a report in "My Workspace", and then they'd like to move it to the groups workspace for others to continue working on it. I thought you could either share the report with the group, or create a content pack you could import... I read on the forum you should share with the group email, but I can't find it. When creating a content-pack, it seems only to exist within "My Workspace", other people can pick it up, but not on the group workspace. Any ideas?

We don't have Office 365, only Power BI.
