Move dashboard between workspaces but keep the same URL/Link

hi All,

I would like to move a dashboard from My Workspace to a shared Workspace while keeping the same URL. The reason is that I have shared this URL with many users and resending new link/URL would create some confusion (some users will miss it and create ticket, etc.)

Is there a way to move that dashboard or upload new one to a shared workspace but keep the old link/URL?

ps. the requirement is to move the report and dataset.
