Move Dataset that serves multiple reports to different workspace

Hi,

is there a way to truly move a dataset to a different workspace, i.e. the dataset keeps its internal ID so that depending reports keep working?

I have found proposals to replublish the file to the new workspace or duplicate a workspace, but with both solutions the dataset is technically a new dataset with a new ID. I have a lot of reports that were created in the web browser, i.e. there is no file to download, change datasource and republish. They'd need to be "rewired" with the moved dataset.

What is your recommended approach to achieve this. License is Power BI Pro, using Power Shell and commandlets wouldn't be a problem if useful.
