Move Dashboard from [My Workspace] to another workspace?

Im a bit new to Power BI and am struggling at the moment - I had created a dashboard/reports under [My workspace] and would like to "move" it to another workspace.

I tried to create a content pack, but its not showing up at all when I go to "Get Data"

In another totally different workspace, I can create an App and publish that, but I cant make an "App" from [My Workspace]

Is there anyway to move a report/dashboard from [My Workspace] into another workspace?
