I have a date slicer on my PBI reports. My PBI data refreshes daily, however the slicer does not update the max date with the latest data available. The only way I can find for it to update is by opening the file in PBI Desktop and re-uploading.
For example, today (20th Dec) my data has refreshed using schedule refresh at 7AM, the max date shown in the slicer should be 19th Dec, as there is data available up until then, however it is still on the date from when I last re-uploaded the PBIX file (18th).
How can I make sure the slicer is always showing the most recent data available?
Sounds like there might be a selection determined on the slicer already in that case. How do we remove the selection on a slicer to ensure it always selects all the data?
