More Options not appearing in some visualization

Hi , there are some reports and visualizations in the file publised in Power BI Service.

But when I click on some matrics , more option do not appear.

 

More option will appear on some visualizations.

 

Here is the report setting:

 

Can someone please guide me here. I've spent several days on this.

    Anonymous So, are you saying that in the Service that those icons you highlighted are not appearing for your matrix visualizations?

      Yes

      I have 6 matrix visualizations in the report, 5/6 dont appear those option icons.

      Only 1 matrix visualization appears, however I dont tell the difference between the one and the others.
