More Options not Showing

Hi,

I've published a report to the web.

Everything works fine except that the three dotted (...) "More Options at the top right of the corner of the visual, doesn't show up on the once the report is published to the web. It works fine when viewing the report on app.powerbi.com

I've enabled "more options" from "visual header"

I've also made changes to report level settings. Disabled "Hide the visual header" and enabled exports.

Running the free version of Power BI 

Can someone please guide me here. I've spent several days on this.

Some reason the icon color was changed to match with the background color, so more options icons are not visible

Publish to Web doesn't have that feature.
