More Options ellipse for Power Bi Service dashboards is not working.

To Whom It May Concern:

As I am trying to access more options setting for dashboards to change dashboard backdground and create mobile view I am un able to access the more options button by clickin the ellipse icon. I think this is a bug that needs to be looked into.
