Monitor Premium capacities with the PBI Premium Capacity Metrics - CPU Highest Utilization Count

Hello All, 

I have a couple of questions about PBI Premium Capacity Metrics app.

What is the sampling rate for the "CPU Highest Utilization Count"? 

I cannot find this in documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-premium-monitor-capacity

The description is the Number of times CPU the named capacity exceeded 80% of the thresholds in the past seven days. 

In the example, the value is 990.  What is a Max, just trying to understand how to read this metric.

Combined with  Health tab in the Capacity settings area in the Admin portal , you will know more.

I think that the sampling is every 5 minutes off the top of my head.

And MAX would be the highest value
