Modifying JIRA content Pack

Did seperating the queries resolve your issue for you so that you can refresh in the Cloud?

I'm experiencing the exact same issue with refhreshing from JIRA.

Hi fi1234!

The problem is that I can't separate the query into several.

I need one query for every issue of the list or what is the same, a query for each row.

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    This post  describes a technique that migth also be used to solve the problem of refreshing Jira modified content pack.

     

    From the post:

    "To support scheduled refresh, follow these guidelines:

           ....

               Ensure that your custom functions are defined in the same query that accesses the external data sources that are needed for             the end-result. Don’t use references to other queries, which access external sources."

      I'm doing research on how to do it.
      May be doesn't work due to the level security....
