Modify Power BI Landing Page

Can the Power BI service landing page be modified and assigned to users or groups.  My goal is that users do not the icons on the left side of the pane e.g. Apps, Metrics, Monitoring hub, etc.

You can create an App for specific users. There is an Audience tab to control what reports a user sees. There is no way to change the landing page like you want with basic functionality.

You can use Embedded Codes to write an .Net web page that embeds the Power BI reports into a custom web site.
