Missing toolbar actions for report embedded in an app.

Hello, here is a summary of the issue we are facing, I was wondering if someone on the community has experienced a similar challenge and can share some insights, thanks in advance!

Issue:
Missing toolbar actions for report embedded in an app, as you can see below the embedded report is missing some options in the toolbar, e.g. reset to default, bookmarks, refresh, and we need to enable these options in the embedded report so the UX is the same, or as close as possible, for the embed and source reports.

Embedded report in app using “embed report” link.

Current partial solution in test environment.

I have added the following parameters to the report embed url:  &actionBarEnabled=true&bookmarksPaneEnabled=true&personalBookmarksEnabled=true, this change has enabled some of the missing menu items, but we are still missing some key items such as adding a personal bookmark and reset to default, and the bookmarks is showing as a pane instead of a button.

I need to define if adding parameters to the URL is the right approach and what would be the right parameters, we haven’t found any relevant information in Microsoft documentation, the only information I have found so far is for Power Bi Embedded Analytics. Enable personal bookmarks in Power BI embedded analytics | Microsoft Learn
