Missing rows in subreports on Power BI Service
We just moved our PBI paginated reports from an on-premise Report Server to the Power BI Service.
All good except for the one report that contains subreports.
If the subreport contains more than 40 records, it shows only the last few rows, the header and the rest of the rows are missing and there is a blank space instead.
As I said, the report shows all the data in Report Server and Report Builder.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Is this a known limitation of the Power BI Service? I can't find anything about it.
Thank you.

Hi massy ,
If I understand correctly, the issue is that the sub report shows the last few rows when you move the report to the Power BI Service. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.Check that the subreport is not set to a specific number of rows per page which might be causing it to truncate.
2.In Power BI Report Builder, review the subreport properties to ensure there are no settings that might limit the number of rows displayed when rendered in Power BI Service.
If the above ones can’t help you get it working, could you please provide the following necessary information to make a deep troubleshooting? It would be helpful to find out the solution.
1.How are you setting up subreports?
2.Do you ever have any parameters on it? Do the parameter values match the data source?
Looking forward to your replay.
