Hi,
Does anyone have any idea why I do not have AppData folder when trying to find my ReportFilePath for Gateway Performance PBI template?
(More refence about what I am trying to do you can find:Monitor and optimize on-premises data gateway performance | Microsoft Learn)

Hi @karo
Thanks for the reply from @aj1973 .
You can determine the path of ReportFilePath in the “Microsoft.PowerBI.DataMovement.Pipeline.GatewayCore.dll.config” configuration file.
You will need to select View -> Show -> Hidden items to see the AppData folder.

Yulia Xu

@Anonymous Thank you! Now I have found my full path and can load data into template 🙂
Hi @karo
On what drive did you install your gateway?
By default it is installed C:\Users\PBIEgwService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\On-premises data gateway\Spooler
If it is not there then you need to look for the path
