Missing data on customer's report

Hi Guys   Please help (noob)   I have a report embedded into a web app (iframe). When I look at my report in the service & desktop, everything looks good...however, when I look at the same report...

    Figured it out. DBA swopped NULLS for 0s on one if the Identifier columns

More screenies

Service - vehicle is selected in the centre table...vehicle shows up with values in both other tables

 

 

Client - Same selection is made, but, no fuel value in the left table
