Having issue with the Service refresh over the past couple of day.
Source data from Azure hasn’t disappeared but sometimes the Service fails to pick up our Item Table and then doesn’t import into the dataset and what is even more annoying is that there doesn’t appear to be a pattern to this happening.
We can get around the issue by downloading the report and refreshing in the Desktop version which will then show the data in BI Desktop and can then upload and then it will be showing in the BI Service but then a random amount of time goes past, at least it feel like a random amount of time, but by then we're back to square one and have to repeat the same steps.

I have tested on my side, but not reproduce the issue.
If it is the cache issue, please wait some time and refresh the Browser.
or you try to delete the dataset and republish the report again and refresh it to check it works well.
