Missing button to to assign access

Hi. i noticed not to long ago that im missing the button to assign people to the workspace. Did it get moved somewhere?  Anytime i would go to the workspace there would be an access button where you could assign users rights for read/wite

Ended up finally finding it. I knew they moved it!
