Missing Search bar in service

I have been missing the search bar in service for like year now, this is what I see.

This is what I see in guyinacubes youtube videos.

How do I get mine back?

Have tried different browsers? I'm using Chrome and I can see it. Maybe clear the browser cache?

My other idea and this is a long shot, last year there was an update for Workspaces, do you know if this was carried through by your company? Maybe this is the reason.

@cmax110 The availability of certain features can be controlled by user roles and permissions set by the organization or administrator. It’s worth checking if your user role or permissions allow access to the search bar feature

I looked into this, I couldn't find the feature in the Admin portal, but i found it now 🙂
