Missing Power BI menu in Excel Insert Pivot table or from Data --> Get Data --> From Power Platform

Some users don't have this menu . Some search send me to the Excel --> Option --> Trustsenter etc. But this already turned on. I cant find any other hint where I can find a description how to turn it on
