Missing Filter Elements from SP List on PowerBI Service

Hi all, 

 

I have a report set up drawing from two data sources, one from an Azure datalake and another from an online Sharepoint list. I have filters set up from both data sources. However, on PowerBI service on a premium workspace, the filter elements from the online Sharepoint list are missing. See attached screenshot under "Audience Type" that says Select All. 

 

When I look at the same report  on PowerBI desktop the filters show up like normal. I have tried uploaded the file on my personal workspace on PowerBI service and it works.

 

Can anyone help me figure out why the filter elements from specifically the online SharePoint list are missing on the PowerBI service report on the premium workspace? Thank you!! 

 

*edit: I posted this before but it was marked resolved when the problem was not solved yet.

    Hi Elsheba ,

    I get data from SP and publish to premium workspace, but can't reproduce your problem. I'm on Win11 and Edge101.0.1210.39.

    I have two suggestion for your reference:

    1.Try to click the Reset to default button in Power BI Service.

     

    2.Change to a computer with the latest Windows system and browser or update yours.
