Missing Certification for Microsoft Cooperation Visual
I do use the Microsoft Cooperation Attribute Slicer in several reports.
Recently they cause issues in the Service, they are shown as grey field with the text "Learn more".
The link gets you to this website and as it is called "Get your Power BI visual certified" I assume the problem is a missing certification. Is that correct?

I trusted this visual, as it is from Microsoft Cooperation. => When does it get the necessary certification?
Hi. It looks like the power bi admin won't allow you to use non certified custom visuals. That's an admin portal > tenant settings configuration:
Even though that's a microsoft visual. It's a very old one. When that one was release, the certification didn't exist. I don't think it has support, so it wouldn't expected to be certified. Unless the admin changes that, I would say you should look for another similar visual.
I hope that helps,

Thanks, for the explanations! It seems there were some policy changes at my company regarding custom visuals. And there is no chance, to get the approval "does NOT approve any non-certified custom visuals due to capacity problems." => I'll go for the standard slicers.
