I have actually found a similar issue.
I am currently working on a project where I am getting data via Redshift.
Possibly try this trick I literally blogged about yesterday, this consumes a LOT less memory

Do you have a lot of steps in your Power Query that is causing it to consume a lot of memory?
Or are you also using CSV/Excel type of sources?

Hi! All my sources come from databases (mysql, redshift, etc)
