Microsoft Mashup Container Evaluation
Hi everyone, how are you?
Recently I've observed that Power BI is starting dozens of tasks of "Microsoft Mashup Container Evaluation" when running queries refreshs (on PBI Desktop and Service). And these tasks is consuming all server memory. I've already updated my gateway and also changed the MashupDefaultPoolContainerMaxCount parameter to 1 in [Program Files]\On-premises data gateway\Microsoft.PowerBI.DataMovement.Pipeline.GatewayCore.dll.config. But the problem persists.
Anyone have some ideas? I dont know what to do anymore!

I have actually found a similar issue.
I am currently working on a project where I am getting data via Redshift.
Possibly try this trick I literally blogged about yesterday, this consumes a LOT less memory

Do you have a lot of steps in your Power Query that is causing it to consume a lot of memory?
Or are you also using CSV/Excel type of sources?- Hi! All my sources come from databases (mysql, redshift, etc)
