Microsoft Lists integration with Power Bi
A List was shared with me and I am able to see all the data for the List. When I go to the Integrate menu I only see the Power Automate and Power Apps options not the Power BI one. I am not a part of the Team site that the List is attached.
Do I need to be a part of the Team site in order to use the Power Bi option?

To use the Power BI tab in Microsoft Teams, ensure these elements:
- Microsoft Teams has the Power BI tab.
- To add a report in Microsoft Teams with the Power BI tab, you have at least a Viewer role in the workspace that hosts the report. For information about the different roles, see Roles in the new workspaces.
- To see the report in the Power BI tab in Microsoft Teams, users must have permission to view the report.
- Users must be Microsoft Teams users with access to channels and chats.

Try to connect your list from Power BI Desktop.

Connecting to the list through Power Bi desktop worked but the above solution is I believe what I was aiming to find out.
