Microsoft Exchange Gateway
So, I have a colleague who is pulling data in from an Outlook mailbox as his primary data source.
In desktop this works fine, but as soon as it's published he is receiving this message:
I've tried to setup a gateway but can't find Microsoft Exchange on the Data Source Type list when creating a new gateway.
What am I missing?
Edit: A colleague has suggested that instead of configuring a new gateway connection it needs connecting to our existing on-prem gateway, however, when I try, I get the message that it can't be connected.

Connecting to this data source on top of an existing gateway requires configuring the credential information for this data source under this gateway.
Also have you upgraded to the new Gen 2 Advanced version? If your tenant is still using the old technology this may be the problem. It is also important to note which connection method you are connecting the pdfhttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/power-bi-data-sources#data-sources-p-r through, according to the documentation the pdf data source can only be connected through import mode.If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and related operation screenshoots. Looking forward to your reply.

It's become a moot point anyway. They've adjusted how they're doing things, so I don't have to investigate anymore. BUt, thanks for the help.
