Helper IVMicrosoft Dynamics CRM Connector
Helper IVThanks very much. I can see that connector from PowerBI Desktop, however I don't see this in the PowerBI service. I am trying to create dataflow on PowerBI Service and would like to create a connection to Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Any other options?

Super UserIn your screenshot it looks like you were searching 'dynam', but what you need is Dataverse. When I go to Dataflows I see it as an option:

In PBI Desktop, I see few other connectors like below.
Do you perhaps know the differences?

The top one is an old connector that was replaced by Dataverse. I am not sure what the other ones are, but one looks specific to on-prem and another looks specific to customer insights and is in beta. I believe the Business Central connectors are for the ERP side of Dynamics (Dataverse is for CRM side). Anytime I am using Dynamics CRM, I use the Dataverse connector. I use the green one, but the one above it is likely that same, just also searchable through Dynamics.

Is it OK to use the following connector to connect to Dynamics CRM instead of using dataverse .
Would there be any performance issues using one over the other?
