Hi,
I'm using Azure Consumption Insights to get the billing insights of my Enterprise Agreement.
Everything goes fine when I use the (beta) connector on PowerBI desktop (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-connect-azure-consumption-insights#migrating-from-...) but the refresh fails via PowerBI service.
Below is the error message I get - As I don't have access to the data sources, how can I fiw this duplicate issue to make it work ?
---------------------------------------------
Microsoft Azure Consumption Insights has failed to refresh.
Failure details:
Column 'BillingMonth' in Table 'Summaries' contains a duplicate value '2018-02' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table. Table: Summaries.

Thanks
I'm having the same issue, but for the month of august. It might have something to do with the annual anniversary of an EA agreement, as it happened right after.
Having the exact same issue, anyone know what the deal is?
Problem still opened on my side
I'm using the PowerBI desktop connector but the PBi online dashboard still doesn't work for me
Hi, I have the same issue with the report, did you find any solution to this? Thanks.
Hi @aleki,
Based on my research, it seemed something wrong with your duplicate data or your relationship, I suggest you first check the relationship in Manage Relationships to see if correct relationships are created. Then, go to Query Editor, right click the [BillingMonth] Column select "Remove duplicate".
Regards,
Daniel He
