Metrics - Time period cycle settings not reflecting for Progress

My pbix file is using DirectQuery model. Created a new report and a new scorecard by connecting to this report.
Default "Automatic Tile and Dashboard Refresh" is set to 1 hour.

Inside the Scorecard, I have modified the Metrics -> Time period -> Tracking preferences to Cycle over cycle with Interval to "Monthly". As per my example, first data point is captured on Feb 16th. So, I have set the start date as Feb 16th and Monthly Interval. So, ideally the tracking cycle should display every month 16th in the graph, starting from Feb 16.

Feb 16, value is 1.27M

Mar 16, value is 1.75M

Present day value 1.77M

In the scorecard, Trend is showing correctly with both Feb 16 & Mar 16 dates with values 1.27M & 1.75M respectively.

I have 3 queries.

1. Under the "Progress" column, it is showing the Present day value(1.77M) instead of the last date value (1.75M)showing in the graph. But 38% MoM is showing correct.

Is this expected behaviour ?

2. When I select the Metric -> Details, the graph is showing Daily points, i.e. it is displaying each days inside the graph instead of Feb 16 and Mar 16 only

Is this expected behaviour ?

3. If that's the case, does this Time Period Tracking Cycle settings apply only to the graph showing inside the Scorecard home page only as shown below ?

Thanks in Advance.
