Merging multiple Power BI Reports from multiple Power BI workspaces into single Power BI workspaces

Hi ,

I want to merge multiple Power BI Reports from multiple Power BI workspaces into single Power BI workspace. Consider there are 5 different workspaces with 5 reports in each. So, I want to merge all these 25 reports into a new single Power BI worskpace. Any help will be appreciated on this.

  • You don't merge reports.  You create a new report that links to the semantic models in those workspaces.

NOTE:  your report users will need to have access to your workspace/app  AND TO ALL THE OTHER workspaces/apps where you connect your data model to.

    Hi kagrahari160719

Thanks for reaching out to us, lbendlin , lbendlin’s solution shows great insight, and I hope this has resolved your issue.

In addition, if your number of reports in not large, you can also try the “Save a copy” method.
Select the report, click “…” to unfold options and select “Save a copy”. Then you can save a copy of this report to another workspace.
After copying all the reports, you can create a dashboard from these reports.
