Merged Queries working with the Data Gateway Options
Enterprise gateway is not working, recently i have came across it is causing as i have merged queries in the desktop.
i am facing this issue after the recent update.

What do you mean "not working"? Did you get any error message? Have you updated the data gateway?
Restart the gateway service for a test. If the .pbix file contains multiple data sources, did you add all of them to gateway?
Please enable the "Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster" option on the gateway to see if it works, as suggested by eirikask
