Menu list of different REPORTS

Hi Community ,    My client wanted menu list as home report where it contains list of all different REPORTS of different workspace that will work just like navigation buttons on pages with back but...

Do you mean that a dashboard with tiles having links to reports is not acceptable? 

Dashboard tiles do have an option to open hyperlink in same tab.

    AbhiSSRS my client prefers menu list in report rather than dashboard.
