Menu disappeared in Microsoft Edge in Online Service

Hello!  My menu bar disappeared when using Edge or Firefox, but it did work properly until yesterday.  It still appears on Chrome, however.  Can anyone help me get the menu bar back?

This is what it looks like in Chrome, which is how I want it to appear in other browsers.  The yellow highlighted bar is what is missing in Edge & Firefox:

try using below points if works 

• Clear browser cache and cookies to resolve any loading issues.
• Ensure Edge or Firefox is updated to the latest version.

Unfortunately that didn't make a difference.  Any other suggestions?

Hi @KB59 ,

Does your browser have full screen mode turned on? It doesn't show the menu bar when I turn it on.
