Measuring Power BI Adoption
What have you found that works well to measure Power BI adoption/engagement? I would like to see this at the global level and am trying to avoid piecing this together from individual report metrics and/or workspaces if I can avoid it.

Power BI is a business decision support tool. What you actually want to measure is its impact on business decision making. We're doing that in our org by collecting ROI feedback.
The number of users that consume your reports (and the frequency) is not really important. If the CEO looks at the report one time and makes a decision - how does that compare to the finance department looking at the report a thousand times, saying "ooh, these charts are pretty".
The only insight you can get from that is if nobody is looking at the reports. Then you can sunset the report.
