Measures Breaking PowerBI Service Connection.

I'm getting the following error, when trying to connect my reports to PowerBI service -

  • Underlying ErrorPowerBI service client received error HTTP response. HttpStatus: 400. PowerBIErrorCode: QueryUserError
  • QueryUserErrorunsignedInt

In PowerBI desktop, the datasets are working fine and update as usual from the refreshing dataflows.  (There does not seem to be any issue with the dataflows/datasets connections as they are refreshing succesfully as usual).   The issue seems to be that when the reports that use a powerbi dataset as a data source try to connect to PBI service they are unable to do so.

Strangely enough I noticed that when deleting my measures in the PBI dataset, it is able to connect to PBI service fine.   Any ideas?

Hi, @Ad550

Were these measures added to the dataset later?

You may need to recheck these datasets in these reports on desktop and republish them.
