Measured Disabled in datasets with Read,Build permissions

Hi ,
I am facing below scenarious can anyone help me .
I have a dataset with RLS implemented.
==>>   I am giving a role access to an user of my dataset with Read and Build Permissions. But when a user access that Dataset all the "Measures" are disappeared.

In this case can anyone help me how i can display comple model- (Tables,Measures) with RLS .

Hi , Thanks for the Response.
I am creating Dataset using Tabular editor and even Measure table is not Hidden here.

Note : My model is composite model (Direct query and Import )

As far as I know you can't create a dataset with tabular editar. I think it's only for reading and modifying current models. Like I said before. Check the original power bi file. That one is the owner of the configurations.

You can modify properties with Tabular Editor, you can even change those with XMLA endpoint if you have a premium environment, but as soon as the developers open the original file, make a change and publish replacing the dataset you will loose the changes.

Hi. Can you check the original Power Bi Desktop file of the dataset? It sounds like the Table of the Measures is hidden. It doesn't matter if you have build permissions on a dataset, if the owner has hidden something then you can't use it.

I hope that make sense.
