Measure Changes Without a Data Refresh
Hello,
I am having an odd issue and have no clue what can be causing it. I upload a report to the Power BI service, test the report and everything is working fine. Then I go back to the report a few hours later and the numbers change.
I have an Excess inventory total of $3.2M in report. Then go back to the same report a few hours later and it says $11M. The file has not been refreshed, no filters have been changed. I cannot find the ghost in the machine.
Any ideas?
- Hi there
I have found typically there is some filter somewhere that is causing it to change.
What I always suggest is making sure you click on the "Reset to Default" to ensure that no user specific filters have been applied.
I can say that in every situation it has not been an issue with Power BI Service, but rather a filter or a dataset refresh or parameter causing the change.
