Hi all!
I've a Power BI Pro license, with a storage limit of 10 GB.
In a shared workspace between two people, this is what I see.
Why doesn't it stop at 10 GB and continue letting me publish?
Can anyone help me solve this problem?
Thanks

Hi @Fern_21 ,
If you are on Premium, you are rightthat the size is 10 GB. However, if you have "large dataset storage format" on, you may go a bit large based on how much memory you have available.
Also, with P1 you are actually giving a maximum memory limit for the entire tenant of 25 GB. So, this is tenant wide but that means that any individual workspace could show above 10 GB at any time. However, the entire processing power of the tenant will be at 25GB so if everybody was at 10 or over and they all refreshed at the same time, then you would get error messages about delays or rejections on some of those reports.
This link will explain where some of those memory limits are based on the Premium license:

Hi @Fern_21 ,
If your workspace is in a shared capacity, the storage limit applies to each user individually rather than the workspace as a whole. This means each user has their own 10 GB limit. If the workspace is shared between two people, each with their own Pro license, you effectively have a combined limit of 20 GB for content directly owned by each user.
Hope it helps!

Hi @collinq !
I’m not clear on your answer. Why does the shared workspace exceed the 10 GB (Power BI Pro license limit)?
This also happens in "My Workspace".
Thanks
