Hello Experts, I’m a Power BI PRO User ,
Referenced to the power BI official link , we have a mximum data storage = 10GB
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/
I’m In workspace (created by myself as ADMIN) and I want to confirm with you some informations :
1- I cannot exceed the 10 GB (maximum datastorage) ? If I can exceed : so it’s based on the total storage in the tenant (supposed the tenant contains 30 users)
2- The dataset F1 can exceed the 1GB because we have enough data storage size in the workspace (10GB) (screenshot from power BI service: manage data store) ?
3- how can we understand the model size limit 1G and how we can test if our PIBX exceed this model size limit or no?
10 GB is a soft limit. It only applies to the initial dataset load. You can far exceed that by using incremental refresh - up to the capacity memory limit, or (allegedly) even beyond that.
