Max Number of automatic, scheduled refresh

In Power BI PRO service, does the maximum number of automatic refresh  refer to the single account ? Is it 8 per day in total, regardless of the number of datasets? In other words, if I have 10 datasets, can I only refresh 8 of them in the same day?
Or, is it 8 per day per dataset? Therefore, I can have 100 datastes, refresh each dataset once a day.
