Matriz Table not showing information
Today I had a complaint about information not appearing in one of the Power BI reports, I went to check it and I didn't find out the reason.
The problem occurs in a Matrix tables, but when I put the same fields in a simple table, the data appears, what can it be?

Hoje tive reclamação sobre informação não aparecendo em um dos relatórios do Power BI, fui verificar e não descobri o motivo.
O problema ocorre na tabela de Matriz, mas quando eu coloco os mesmos campos em forma de tabela simples, os dados aparecem, o que podem ser?

- It looks like there are additional filters on the Matrix?
What happens if you remove all the fields on the matrix and add them in one by one?there is no additional filters
the Matrix turns blank.

Is there any filters or interactions apply to your visuals? Can you please share a sample pbix file to test? It is hard to reproduce your issue without any sample data.

There are no filters or interactions, in the pbix file the matrix table works normally, only when I publish on the webservice that the information disappears for users.

Did your report use SSAS with live connection mode as datasource? If this is a case, have you check datasource UPN mapping setting to confirm if your account not matched with credentials that used when you design on power bi desktop?
