Matrix visualization goes blank until it is clicked again

Slicers and Drilldown work normal in desktop mode.  However, once the .pbix is published to Service, the visualization no longer responds appropriately: each time a slicer value is selected, or drilldown is requested, the matrix visualization goes blank until the matrix is clicked on.  At that point the matrix values appear correctly.

    I "Reset to Default" and haven't been able to replicate the issue since.  So, for now, the issue is resolved.  Thanks for your reply!

    Hi there

    Are there any other filters on the page affecting the matrix?

    Possibly click on the Filter Icon to see what is filtering the matrix when it is blank?
