Matrix visual not displaying all levels

    For anyone interested: was not able to get the visual to work.  I did resolve the issue by unpublishing the report from the App, deleted the report, then re-published the report from PBI Desktop, and rebuilt the App in the online service.  Visual is working again.  Very strange.

Hi djoslin ,

 

We would like more information on this issue, Are you using the latest version of Power BI Desktop?

Please make sure you are not using Power BI Desktop for Report Server and that it is not the version downloaded from the MS app store.

Yes, i am using the latest version of PBI Desktop.  Everything works correctly in the desk top in the visual works correctly on the first report page.

 

Here is a screen shot of the 1st report - the + lets me expand to the lowest level , the second page it shows the + sign but does not let me expand. Same visual setup except the second way use a date slicer.
