Matrix visual loading time in service considerably slower than usual

Dear community, 

 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Noticed this happening today with reports that have not been changed recently where performance previously had no issues.

    Is this on premium capacity? If so talk to your admin. There could be other issues impacting it. 

    Otherwise, no, I've not noticed this on "Pro" workspaces.

    Hi jwh23 ，

    Does the administrator detect the cause and can the solution be shared so that people with the same problem can quickly find a solution. Also network instability can affect the display of reports.
