Matrix visual appears blank in Subscription image (.png) received via email

Hi,

I have a matrix visual which appears blank in the png image file from subscription which is shown below:

The matrix visual appears properly in service although it takes a bit of time to load because of a complex data model. The dataset refresh is always completed more than 3 hours before the subscription email is sent. This was never a problem since one year for this dashboard and I have noticed this issue since the last month. Any ideas?

Rendering timeouts for exports are more aggressive than for the UI.  Make the visual render faster.
