Matrix not properly expanding

I have a report uploaded to the service. In Desktop and in edit mode on the service a matrix properly expands all row levels. However in the publish/view state the matrix does not properly expand the last tier of the hierarchy. There are no filters filtering the matrix, nor is it a case of 'no data'.

 

The matrix itself combines Dates (Year, Quarter), a Column from the Fact Table and a Dimension to the Fact table for the rows, Fiscal Months for the columns and a measure (calculated from the Fact Table) for the values.

Model:

Desktop (works)

Service (rows show expanded, but no rows visible)

    That is odd. Can you confirm you are publishing with the latest Sept 2023 desktop?

    Also  in the service, please press the Reset Filter button to confirm it is set like desktop is.

      Yes, on the Sept. build.

       

      It seems to have resolved itself this morning. I did make one minor change to the data model where I made the relationship from Contracts to Accounts bi-directional, as I need Field in the Contracts table to act as a filter on the Accounts Table when the Field is used as a slicer. Wondering if that may have 'helped' in the Service given the data I was putting into the Matrix.
